• Fees for employment as Clinical Lead for Oxfordshire Community Gynaecology (NHS) with Principal Medical Ltd

• Fees from private patients. These are paid to Oxford Menopause Ltd of which Dr Barber is the director and shareholder.

Consultancy and research

• Pharmaceutical companies (regarding the world of menopause and women’s health) – since 2022 this has involved Astellas, Besins, Exeltis, Gedeon Richter, Orion, Theramex and Viatris.

Education

• Pharmaceutical companies (regarding the world of women’s health and menopause) – since 2022 this has involved Astellas, Besins, Exeltis, Gedeon Richter, Orion, Theramex and Viatris
