Specialist Musculoskeletal and Women's Health Physiotherapy
Valeside Physiotherapy was founded by Caroline Barron in 2019.
Caroline qualified as a registered chartered physiotherapist in 2007, and after spending 8 years specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy she undertook her post graduate training in Pelvic Health.
As well as working at Valeside Physiotherapy, Caroline works within Gynaecology at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon as a Senior Physiotherapist. Here, she works closely alongside the gynaecology, urology and colorectal specialists, and attends regular meetings with the consultant teams.
Caroline has post graduate training in pilates, acupuncture, post natal rehabilitation, womens and mens health, taping, and the menopause.
Caroline is passionate about improving outcomes in Pelvic Health. She is able to treat urinary incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, vaginal prolapse, faecal incontinence, constipation, bladder pain syndrome, vaginismus and many other pelvic health conditions which can happen at any age, but are more prevalent around childbirth and the menopause. She is keen to help at any stage of your pelvic health journey.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys exercise and spending time with her two small children.
